About

Nicki is a multi-award winning interior designer who has worked in and alongside commercial architecture practices for over a decade, leading projects and design teams at two well-renowned and successful Manchester-based practices. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience across a range of sectors, including residential, workplace, retail and hospitality. Having delivered projects for an expansive range of clients, from private individuals to global, blue-chip organisations, Nicki is adept at developing and clarifying the specific brief requirements of each client, regardless of project type or scale.

With a broad industry network, she is able to connect and collaborate with other designers, architects, and trade professionals, subject to project requirements, to ensure that the client is well-served and their vision realised, on time and on budget. Alongside private clients, Nicki continues to work with commercial practices on a consultancy basis.

For reasons of client confidentiality, further information on completed projects is available by request only.

Fees

Multiple decades of overall experience in property development and refurbishment have served to highlight that every project and every client is truly unique, and that communication and collaboration throughout the design process are key to the success of any scheme. As such, fees are specific the job. Commercial work is usually undertaken on a day rate basis (or a fixed fee can be agreed for larger blocks of work).

Residential clients’ requirements vary greatly and the design process always begins with an initial consultation, during which we will consider your space/s, aspirations, budget etc. and discuss ideas for how you might like to move forward. Please get in touch via the contact form to check availability for consultation appointments. Should you wish to proceed beyond this stage, a fee proposal will be provided for ongoing project involvement.
